Alla Pavlushkin, DDS, is a cosmetic and general dentist who has been practicing the art of dentistry since 1984. She is the founder of Empire Dental Group of New Jersey, which has a state-of-the-art office in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Dr. Pavlushkin graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1994; she brings nearly three decades of exemplary education and training in general dentistry and family dentistry.

Dr. Pavlushkin is certified in Invisalign® and has extensive experience in cosmetic mouth rehabilitation, root canals, dentures, veneers, extractions, and more. She is also trained and certified with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE).

Dr. Reff pursued his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class. He was also honored by the faculty through an induction into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honors Society. He ended up serving as the President on a variety of committees as well, including the dental school’s Global Outreach Program and the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery study group.

Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed cosmetic and surgical-based training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. From there, he chose to begin treating patients in a private practice setting.

Svetlana Mikhol, R.D.H. is a graduate of the dental hygiene program at Middlesex County College in 2009.

She was born in the USSR, and earned her bachelors and masters degree in chemistry in Novocherkassk Polytechnic Institute in 1992. When she came to the United States in 1999, she decided to change her career, because she always wanted to be in a health care professional field.

Svetlana began working as a Dental Assistant and realized her true passion is working with people and being able to help them satisfy their oral health needs.

Her professional philosophy is every patient deserves the best care possible. She truly believes that a Dental Hygienist is not only a health care provider, but an educator as well.
